I graduated in 1996 from Florida State University with my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Special Education. I then moved forward to the University of South Florida where I graduated in 2000 with my Master’s and Education Specialist degrees.

I have been a practicing School Psychologist in Broward County since June 2000. I have worked at four elementary schools in Pompano, Florida as well as an elementary school in Tamarac, Florida, and a high school in Coral Springs, Florida performing Psychological Testing. Since 2000, I have also specialized in developmental assessment of preschool children between the ages of 3-5.
I conduct psycho-educational assessment of students ranging from Pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade, with a specialization in working with preschool and elementary school aged children in Kindergarten thru 5th grade. I specialize in assessment of learning and behavioral/emotional problems, including identification of specific learning disabilities, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, intellectual disabilities, Autism/Pervasive Developmental Disorders, developmental delays, giftedness, and social/emotional problems.
I also specialize in academic intervention planning, consultation with school personnel, and decision-making regarding the need for special education services or academic accommodations.
